Last updated: May 10, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Longegra Health Technologies LLP (“Longegra”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through Longegra. For information that is part of clinical care (intake, messaging, records), see our Health Data Processing notice.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number and authentication identifiers.
- Intake & health data: demographics, symptoms, history, goals (handled per our Health Data Processing notice).
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser metadata, IP address — used for security, analytics and product improvement.
- Cookies & similar: session cookies for authentication and a small set of strictly-necessary preference cookies.
How we use it
- To provide and improve the platform and your care.
- To verify identity, prevent fraud and protect the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account and clinical updates.
- To meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
Sharing
We share information with clinicians and staff who need it to deliver care, with vetted service providers under strict written agreements (hosting, email, payments), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain personal and clinical information for as long as required by Indian medical record-keeping law and for legitimate business purposes (audit, dispute resolution). When no longer required, we delete or de-identify the data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information by writing to hello@longegra.com. Some clinical records may be retained where law requires.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data — encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and least-privilege access for staff.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-product.
