Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work across Longegra programs. For service terms, see our Terms of Service.

Consultation fees

The clinical-consultation portion of any program is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, since the work has been delivered by the physician. If you cancel before the consultation, we'll refund 100% of the consultation fee.

Medication shipments

For safety and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns of dispensed medication, including peptides shipped via cold chain. If your shipment arrives damaged or out-of-spec, contact us within 48 hoursof delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel any monthly program at any time from your dashboard or by writing to hello@longegra.com. Cancellation stops future billing; the current cycle's shipment, having already been dispensed, is not refundable.

Clinical ineligibility

If our physician determines you are not clinically eligible for a program after your consultation, we'll fully refund the medication portion of any program you have prepaid.

How to request a refund

Email hello@longegra.com from the address on your account with your order reference. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 business days; your bank may take additional time to settle.

Note: Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable law.
