Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Longegra for clinical intake and care coordination through this flow, unless we explicitly support a different program with parental or guardian consent where required by law.

Accuracy of your information

You agree that the information you submit (including intake answers and contact details) is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation may affect safety and can result in suspension of access.

Not emergency care

Longegra is not for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the platform (for example: attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupting services, or submitting harmful content). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms for new activity.
